You can't claim "Fair Use" on 90% of the stuff on here. The three parts you "quote" on your "disclaimer" aren't even applicable to this site. First of all, you are NOT doing any kind of research. Research would require you to credit the artists. Next you have listed educational purposes (really? what college or high school are you attending and doing this for a class assignment in?). Lastly, you have criticism. I see no critiquing of these items, and to do so, you would not need to cut apart the art/images.
Simply put: You can NOT be doing this!
